How to interfere with human-made structures in a landscape perfectly made by nature?
In Øygarden I was given the task to create a structure so people would use the area more.
A glass structure in formations to guide you through the landscape and that enhances the different qualities.
In the landscape I observed three different situations, with three different characters. The cliff, the bay and the island. The cliff got several structures, composed so that the focus was out towards the sea for that sublime feeling. In the bay many was clustered together, giving the sense of security and settlement. In the small island one structure was placed, giving room for contemplation.
